Today I had a procedure called a hysterosalpingogram (or HSG). Don’t ask me how to pronounce it, because I have no idea. This is a test where a radiologist injects dye into my uterine cavity and fallopian tubes to make sure there are no abnormal growths or blockages that are preventing me from getting pregnant. It was very painful and unpleasant, but the results come quickly and we got good news: Luckily for me, I had a clean bill of health!

Starting in about 3 weeks we begin our IUI treatment. Hopefully this will be an easy process and we’ll be pregnant this time next month!

I’ll keep everyone updated!
